For Hong Kong Orders:
We offer free shipping on all orders over HKD$600. (After any applicable discounts are included.) For other orders, we offer HKD35 flat rate shipping.
· Most internet and phone orders will handle and deliver within 1-2 working days, you may receive the package within 2-5 working days.
· For commercial and residential address, we will sent out by standard SF courier.
· If orders are pending due to out of stock, we will contact you at your earliest convenience.
· Please make sure that the package is correct and in good condition before sign any confirmation. Customers must provide right address and contact number.
Otherwise, we will have an additional charge $50 for any delay of the delivery.
· Delivery service is not available for Typhoon No .8 and Black Rain Storm.
For International Orders:
Overseas order can also get free shipping on all orders over USD150. (After any applicable discounts are applied.) For other orders, we offer US30 flat rate shipping.
All overseas orders will be shipped via Speed Post. Delivery time varies for different countries. For more information, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
If orders are pending due to out of stock, we will contact you at your earliest convenience.
**Please accurately provide your address and remember to spell out the destination city. Abbreviations, misspellings, and typos can result in delayed delivery.
- Product exchange will be issued for any full priced unopened merchandise that must be returned with original packing within 10 days of delivery date.
-All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original receipt and return to:

- No exchange will be accepted if the products are on any sale, used, opened or damaged.
- Each item can only be exchanged once.
- No refunds will be issued.
- To return any items, please contact Customer Service at 3188 5779 or by email email@example.com from Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 8:00pm.
- Postage will not be refunded, if applicable.
- Please allow one to two weeks from the date you return the product for exchange progress. You will be contacted once your exchange is completed.
- The Makeup Room is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
- All claims for shortages must be reported to Customer Service on the date of delivery.
- The Makeup Room reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
