Whether you're attending a corporate event, graduation, gala dinner or special occasion, our Fresh and Glam makeup services are tailored to your features, preferences and comfort level.
Based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, we regularly welcome both local and international clients. Our artists are experienced in adapting makeup to different facial features, skin tones and beauty preferences, with consultations available in English or Cantonese.
All services are provided at our private Wan Chai studio.
Fresh Makeup
Fresh Makeup is for clients who want a clean, polished look with minimal eye adjustment. It is suitable for work, interviews, daytime events, ID photos and clients who do not usually wear much makeup.
Fresh Makeup is ideal if you:
- Prefer minimal eye makeup
- Wear little makeup in your daily routine
- Want a polished, natural finish
- Need makeup for work, interviews or daytime events
- Prefer a shorter appointment
Glam Makeup
Glam Makeup includes more eye definition, complexion adjustment and hairstyling options. It is suitable for dinners, weddings as a guest, graduations, gala events, photoshoots and special occasions.
Glam Makeup is ideal if you:
- Want more definition around the eyes
- Prefer false lashes or stronger eye enhancement
- Would like more complexion correction and contouring
- Are attending an evening event or special occasion
- Would like additional hairstyling options
Visiting Hong Kong?
We welcome clients visiting Hong Kong for business, events, celebrations and special occasions. Our team is experienced in working with clients from different backgrounds and adapting the makeup to your individual features, skin tone and preferred style.
If you're unsure whether to book Fresh or Glam, choose according to the level of makeup you would like rather than your ethnicity or the occasion itself.

Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We regularly work with clients visiting or living in Hong Kong and are experienced in adapting makeup to different facial features, skin tones and individual preferences.
Can my consultation be conducted in English?
Yes. Makeup consultations and services are available in both English and Cantonese.
Important Notes
- Fresh & Glam services are non-bridal.
- All wedding-related bookings, including the bride, fall under Bridal Makeup.
- Please select your service based on the makeup style required, not only the occasion.

Please read our appointment policy before booking:
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated, and your original booking will remain confirmed.
Late Arrivals
To respect the time of all clients, please arrive promptly.
- Arrivals within 15 minutes of your scheduled time may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for the next guest.
- Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will be considered a missed appointment and will be cancelled without refund.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without notice.
- No-shows will forfeit the full payment, and no rescheduling will be offered.
- Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Payments & No Refund Policy
- Full payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.
- All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for any cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
- By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
- We value your time and ours—last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients and maintain a high standard of service.
