Choose from our Fresh, Glam, or Bridal makeup services—each tailored to different occasions and needs. Every look is customised to enhance your features and personal style for a polished, refined finish.

Fresh Makeup: A natural, radiant look with lightweight coverage and minimal definition. Perfect for daytime events, casual occasions, or clients who prefer a clean, effortless finish.

Glam Makeup: A more elevated, camera-ready look for gala dinners, graduations, birthdays, photoshoots, and special occasions. Expect flawless skin, enhanced definition, and long-lasting polish—never heavy.

(Fresh & Glam may include false lashes or a soft eye focus upon request.)

Bridal: A dedicated service for weddings and wedding-related events. Includes extended preparation time, specialised techniques, and long-wear, waterproof application designed for photography and all-day wear.

Suitable for ceremonies, receptions, Chinese ceremonies, and pre/post-wedding shoots.

All services are provided at our Wan Chai studio.

Please read our appointment policy before booking:

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated, and your original booking will remain confirmed.

Late Arrivals

To respect the time of all clients, please arrive promptly.

• Arrivals within 15 minutes of your scheduled time may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for the next guest.
• Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will be considered a missed appointment and will be cancelled without refund.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without notice.

• No-shows will forfeit the full payment, and no rescheduling will be offered.
• Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Payments & No Refund Policy

• Full payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.
• All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for any cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
• By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
• We value your time and ours—last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients and maintain a high standard of service.
